Privacy Policy

The short version

Your name, your email, and the details you enter about your properties and tenants are never sold and never handed to anyone who will market to you or spam you. They are used to run REI Tracker for your account, and nothing else.

What we collect

Your name and email address, so you have an account. The properties, appliances, warranties, insurance policies, and maintenance records you enter. Any photos, receipts, and policy documents you upload. If you track tenant move-ins and move-outs, the tenant details you enter there.

We do not ask for your phone number, and we never see or store your card number — payment details go directly to our payment provider.

What we use it for

Running REI Tracker for you: showing your records back to you, sending the alerts you asked for before a warranty or policy lapses, and billing you if you add more than one property. That is the whole list.

We use service providers to host the product, process payments, and understand how the product is used. They act only on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

When we must disclose

We will hand over information if we are legally required to, such as a valid subpoena or court order. That is the only circumstance in which your records leave our control without your say-so.

Cookies and browser storage

Our website uses cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, to remember a referral code if you arrived from a referral link, and to measure which pages and ads bring people here. That covers visits and sign-ups. It never includes anything from inside your account.

Where your records live

Your records are stored on servers in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep your records while your account is open, and for 30 days after you close it. Backups age out within 90 days.

Your rights

You can see and correct everything in your account at any time by signing in and editing it.

Deleting your account. Email support@moblize.it from the address on your account. We will reply within 2 business days to confirm it is you, and we only proceed once you confirm. After that we delete your account and everything attached to it within 30 days: your properties, appliances, maintenance history, tenant records, and uploaded documents. Any active subscription is cancelled at the same time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Children

REI Tracker is for property owners and managers. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If a change is material, we will email you before it takes effect.
