Your account

You need an account to use REI Tracker. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has got into your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Your content is yours

The properties, appliances, records, photos, and documents you put into REI Tracker belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only so we can run the product for you. We do not claim ownership, and we do not sell your information — see the privacy policy.

If you enter details about tenants, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to hold them and for handling them appropriately.

What it costs

Your first property is free, forever. No trial countdown and no card required. Each additional property is $2.99 per month, or $29 per year. We only ask for payment details at the moment you add a second property.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. If you drop back to a single property, the subscription ends at the end of the current billing period and you return to the free tier. Cancel any time from Settings.

Acceptable use

Do not use REI Tracker to break the law, to store someone else's information without a right to hold it, to attack or overload the service, or to resell access to it. That is the whole list, and we would rather never have to enforce it.

Availability

We work to keep REI Tracker running and your records safe, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable. We may change or discontinue features. If we ever shut the product down, we will give you notice and time to get your records out.

AI-assisted features

When you photograph an appliance label, we use AI to read the brand, model, and serial number. It is a time-saver, not an authority — check the details it fills in before you rely on them for a warranty or insurance claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using REI Tracker at any time, and you can have your account and records deleted by emailing support@moblize.it — the process is described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top, and we will email you before a material change takes effect.
