Yes. One property — a home or a rental — is free to track for as long as you use REI Tracker. No trial countdown, no credit card, no 'free for now.' You only pay when you add a second property.

When do I actually get charged?

Only when you add your second property. At that point we collect a card and bill $2.99/month for each property beyond the first (or $29/year each — two months free). Your first property stays free the whole time.

What happens if I delete a property?

Accepted Answer

Your bill drops automatically. If you go back down to a single property, the subscription ends at the end of your current billing period and you are back to free — no charge, no data lost.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You can sign up and use your free property with no card on file. We only ask for payment details at the moment you add a second property.
